I’ve got a picture of water over the spillway from about 30 years ago. At the time, they said it was only the second time that happened. Don’t know if it was true. You know how often it spills these years?

The last time it spilled was 1984. I suspect that’s the time of your picture. I recall the word then was that the dam hadn’t spilled in decades.
